How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please provide the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on our service.
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district.

Repeat Infringers

Latino IPTV reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in accordance with our Terms of Service.
